Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council
One of the GMSDC’s most committed partners is the Atlanta-based law firm Drew Eckl & Farnham (DEF), one of the largest litigation defense firms in the Southeast. A long-term corporate partner of the GMSDC, DEF was recently honored by the Daily Report as a recipient of a Georgia Legal Award as one of the state’s Most Innovative Law Firms. Among the top publications for members of the legal profession, the Daily Report annually recognizes exemplary law firms in the state. The GMSDC is grateful for its partnership with DEF and is proud to offer congratulations on such a prestigious honor.
Led by a diversity committee comprised of attorneys and leadership from each of the firm’s practice areas, DEF has been an influential voice for diversity and inclusion for more than 15 years. With a team of 120 attorneys in offices throughout the state of Georgia, the firm meets or exceeds practically every diversity benchmark established by the National Association of Legal Placement. This year, the firm was recognized by the Daily Report for its unique Path to Partnership program, an internal career development approach that maximizes opportunities for lawyers to advance to the partner level.
