One of the most esteemed and highly coveted achievements for a certified minority business is being recognized as a Corporate Plus® Minority Business Enterprise.  The NMSDC introduced the Corporate Plus® designation as a way to assist corporate members in identifying MBEs with the scope, scale, capability and experience to handle larger, more complex contracts on a national basis. This exclusive distinction is only assigned to the largest and most corporate-ready MBEs, based on a thorough assessment of their business practices, infrastructure, capacity and capabilities. In order to be considered for the Corporate Plus® designation, an MBE must be nominated by one of the NMSDC’s national corporate members and meet a rigorous set of criteria.
