As a woman of color, Tracey Grace sees staff diversity as essential to the success of any organization. In only 9 short years, IBEX has been transformed from a one-woman operation with only a single client to an industry leading solutions provider. Tracey has emerged as a subject matter expert on Diversity, Inclusive Contracting and Minority Business Development, and is a much sought-after speaker, trainer and panelist for conferences and events across the industry. One of the signature IBEX technology offerings is Certifiably Diverse, a new supplier diversity vendor management system that aligns perfectly with the mission and vision of the GMSDC. Certifiably Diverse is designed to help organizations large and small to connect with and increase their spend with diverse suppliers. The innovative software has already been honored with an award from the Capital One Catapult initiative.
IBEX is one of the most visible and committed members of the GMSDC MBE community. Tracey Grace is a co-chair of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) and serves on the committee that evaluates nominations and selects the winners for the Spirit of Alliance Awards. Her company has been recognized with a long list of prestigious awards and honors, including the Association for Corporate Growth’s Georgia Fast 40 list of the state’s fastest growing middle market companies, the National Contract Management Association’s 2020 Woman Owned Business of the Year and Abundance of Philanthropy Awards, Inc Magazine’s Inc 5000 listing of the fastest growing private companies in America for three consecutive years, the American Express On the Rise Contractor of the Year Award, and the GMSDC’s Spirit of Alliance Eagle Award for her strong commitment to supplier diversity
Grace has also been recognized for her devotion to community and her commitment to helping others. A graduate of the GMSDC’s Georgia Mentor Protégé Connection program, Tracey continues to pay it forward through her involvement in mentoring, philanthropy and business development initiatives designed to promote and support diverse companies. As a diverse woman in a male dominated industry, she is determined to provide opportunities for others like her to excel in the world of information technology.
